The Space
After a day of exploring vibrant Indianapolis, unwind in this Pop Art inspired home. The Clubhouse sleeps up to 10 guests with 5 beds (2 queen, 2 double, 1 queen pull-out), 3 bedrooms , 2.5 bathrooms.
-- INSIDE LIVING --
On the 1st floor, you will find a spacious open concept layout with the living room, dining room, kitchen, half-bathroom, and entryway. The pool table, shuffleboard table, TV, and board games can also be found on this floor. The JoyBird couch can comfortably fit your entire group and boasts a queen size pull-out memory foam mattress.
On the 2nd floor, you will find all the living spaces, laundry area, and full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and attached ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 full beds and the final bedroom has 1 queen bed. All of the beds are comfortable memory foam mattresses.
All bedrooms have a closet with hangers and a luggage rack. They also all have a desk if you would prefer to work-from-home in private.

No need to squabble over the remote, our home comes equipped with smart TVs! Every bedroom has a TV so everyone can watch their favorite channel without judgement from friends and family.
-- KITCHEN --
The kitchen is fully equipped with all basic appliances and utensils needed for cooking your own meals. We also have a drip coffee pot and Keurig machine - coffee included! For a full list of appliances, please see the listing images.
There is a dedicated indoor dining room and a more casual breakfast bar.
-- OUTDOOR LIVING --
Start your morning by enjoying a fresh coffee on the front porch. Or let the kids and dogs out in the fenced backyard while you supervise from the back deck.
Please note: During the spring, summer and fall seasons, we have a bi-weekly mowing crew come out to clean up the yard. There's no set time as they fit the visit into their schedule, this usually takes up to 30 minutes. You are welcome to continue sharing the space during this time!
During the winter, our landscaping crew will shovel snow depending on the weather and amount of snowfall.

2 private parking spots are provided in the back of the home. There is also ample free street parking in the front.
-- DOG FRIENDLY --
We allow up to 2 dogs! The house is dog-friendly and the back yard and deck are completely enclosed. Dog bowls, furniture covers and towels are also provided! When booking, please provide information on the number of dogs as well as breed. We have the following dog specific rules:
- No dogs on uncovered furniture. Please use the provided furniture covers
- Dogs must be crated when left home alone. Leave dogs unattended at your own risk.
- Pick up after your dog and dispose of dog bags in our trash can
- Unregistered dogs are subject to a minimum $150 fine
- Breed restrictions may apply
We charge a one-time non-refundable $50 pet fee. The fee goes toward additional cleaning effort and is passed directly to our cleaners.

Neighborhood Overview
Our home is located in Highland Vicinity/Mid-North, an up and coming diverse neighborhood located directly north of downtown. Mid-North is going through revitalization and there are pockets of new developments. Our quiet street is centrally located and you can get to most places in less than 15 minutes.
Highland Vicinity is a neighborhood in the Mid-North part of Indianapolis. Developed in the early part of the 20th century when bridges and streetcars first crossed historic Fall Creek, the Mid-North neighborhoods have a history of embracing innovation, integration, and education.
Getting Around
We recommend guests have a car when visiting Indianapolis. The home has free private parking and ample street parking. For your convenience, we’ve listed some travel times to popular locations.

Guest Access & Interaction
No keys to lose or return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, a unique virtual key, or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay.
Guests have access to the entire house, private backyard and deck.
We won’t be available in person but we are available to you over messages. Your experience means a lot to us and we aim to provide a 5 star stay.
Other Things to Note
Please note the following -- if these are deal breakers, we may not be the best fit. If you have any questions, let us know. We are happy to help!
1. Our neighborhood, Highland Vicinity, is a diverse neighborhood on the North-side of downtown Indianapolis. While the neighborhood has a mix of new construction and active renovations, our street is comprised of mostly older homes.
2. While neither we, or any of our guests, have had issues with safety in the neighborhood, we understand that everyone has different expectations. The home is equipped with security cameras on the front and back door. Once booked, guests should use G-Maps Street View to see if they have any concerns with the location. If so, guests are welcome to cancel their booking before their stay.
3. This property requires a $250 security deposit. It will be collected separately by the property prior to check-in.
4. The staircase to the 2nd floor has a low clearance at the turn. It is 5'10" height. The spots are marked with high-visibility caution signs.
5. The private parking is located in the alley road. The alley is gravel and has some dips. Please drive carefully and slowly once you turn in.

Life can be unpredictable, and situations may arise that prevent you from traveling on your reserved dates. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to assist you with a refund due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note, general travel insurance does not always cover all situations, including Covid-19. You may wish to consider a “CFAR” policy (cancel for any reason).
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
