The Space
After a day of exploring vibrant Louisville, relax in this Art Deco inspired home with vaulted ceilings, original hardwoods and trim, and abundant natural light. Lounge among sequins, geometric prints, and Tiffany style lamps, an homage to Louisville's part in Roaring '20s history and in The Great Gatsby.

Up to 8 guests. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 queen sleeper sofa!
A classic camelback style home, the 1st floor consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and the kitchen. The 2nd floor has the master bedroom with private en-suite bath. All of our beds are luxurious memory foam mattresses (yes, even the sleeper sofa!).

No need to squabble over the remote, our home comes equipped with smart TVs! Every bedroom has a TV so everyone can watch their favorite channel without judgement from friends and family.
-- KITCHEN --
The kitchen is fully equipped with all basic appliances and utensils needed for cooking your own meals. We also have a drip coffee pot and Keurig machine - coffee included!
There is no dedicated indoor dining area. The home has a drop-leaf dining table that can seat up to 8 people. The outdoor deck also has a covered dining area.
-- OUTDOOR LIVING --
There is an expansive yard and deck attached to the home. Both the yard, deck and outdoor dining area are available for guest use! Outdoor games are also provided (cornhole, kanjam, pong).
Please note: During the spring, summer and fall seasons, we have a bi-weekly mowing crew come out to clean up the yard. There's no set time as they fit the visit into their schedule, this usually takes up to 30 minutes. You are welcome to continue sharing the space during this time!

We allow up to 2 dogs! The house is dog-friendly and the back yard and deck are completely enclosed. Dog bowls, furniture covers and towels are also provided! When booking, please provide information on the number of dogs as well as breed. We have the following dog specific rules:
- No dogs on uncovered furniture. Please use the provided furniture covers
- Dogs must be crated when left home alone. Leave dogs unattended at your own risk.
- Pick up after your dog and dispose of dog bags in our trash can
- Unregistered dogs are subject to a minimum $150 fine
- Breed restrictions may apply
We charge a one-time non-refundable $50 pet fee. The fee goes toward additional cleaning effort and is passed directly to our cleaners.

Neighborhood Overview
This beautiful home is located in Phoenix Hill, an up and coming diverse and eclectic neighborhood right south of NuLu. Phoenix Hill is going through revitalization with a mix of well maintained historic shotgun style homes and new developments.
The area is centrally located with an excellent Walk Score of 79. Falls City Beer is a few blocks away with wonderful indoor and outdoor hangout areas. The neighborhood coffee shops (Please & Thank You, Quills Coffee) and restaurants (Royals Hot Chicken, Mayan Cafe, Feast BBQ) are also within a short walking or driving distance towards NuLu.
NuLu and the Highlands are great for food and bars including NuLu Marketplace (West Sixth Brewing, beautiful outdoor space/seating for the restaurants), Garage Bar, Bar Vetti, and others.

Phoenix Hill is the place to be for quick access around Louisville. For your convenience, we’ve listed some travel times to popular locations.

- 10 min: NuLu, Butchertown, coffee shops, restaurants
Drive Times:
- 5 min: Palace Theatre, Old Louisville, Highlands, University of Louisville, Lynn Family Stadium

- 12 min: Churchill Downs, Expo Center
- Other: Easy access to I-64, I-65, I-71

- No keys to lose or return! We provide a personal entry code for secure, keyless entry during your stay. The code will be sent prior to your arrival.
- Guests have access to the entire house, private backyard and deck.
- We won’t be available in person but we are available to you over messages. Your experience means a lot to us and we aim to provide a 5 star stay.
Other Things to Note
Please note the following -- if these are deal breakers, we may not be the best fit. If you have any questions, let us know. We are happy to help!
1. Our neighborhood, Phoenix Hill, is a diverse and eclectic neighborhood right south of NULU/East Market District. As an up and coming neighborhood, some streets are not well lit and there are commercial areas interspersed. While very safe, some might prefer calling a rideshare or taxi.
2. There is no dedicated dining area. We have a drop leaf dining table that seats eight. Eight chairs are provided and it takes minimal effort to set up.
3. There is not a lot of counter space in the kitchen. We have a coffee cart that can be used for additional prep space.
4. We recommend that guests use G-Maps Street View to learn more about the neighborhood to ensure it will fit the needs of your stay. An exact location is provided once booked -- please reach out with any questions.

Life can be unpredictable, and situations may arise that prevent you from traveling on your reserved dates. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to assist you with a refund due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note, general travel insurance does not always cover all situations, including Covid-19. You may wish to consider a “CFAR” policy (cancel for any reason).
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
